Seacon Sq and Platinum Fashion Mall

Breakfast at the Jasmine Club (17th floor) of the hotel. They are serving daily Continental Breakfast, that's mean we gonna have the same breakfast thru out our stay in the hotel...

Tesco Lotus and Seacon Square

Took a skytrain to On Nut Station and it was only 9.15am so we went to Tesco Lotus (pronounced at Low-Tat) located just next to the station.

It is something like Walmart and the clothing & etc are relatively cheap. Mommy bought several T-shirts for GorGor and me. Tesco is 1959 Baht richer and we are 1959 Baht poorer...

We hailed a taxi outside Tesco and head straight to Seacon Square. It is about 15 - 20 mins ride from the station to Seacon and costs us 69 Baht but Mommy gave the driver 80 Baht including tips. Mommy thinks they deserved tip for they are not earning much as compared to the taxi driver in our Country.

Went to Robinson cosmetic department and Mom saw the slimming patch by L'oreal and bought 5 boxes, it costs her 2950 Baht and she was given a free gift, an umbrella but she gave it to Aunt Joe as she is an umbrella collector.

After Robinson, Mommy and Aunt went separate way as we are going to Yoyoland so that my Aunt & Jiejie can continue their shopping spree.

Before Yoyoland, we had an early lunch at KFC. it cost us 95 Baht. The Zinger burger is much spicy and bigger than Singapore.

After leaving KFC, I spotted a Star Wars sword but Mommy find it too troublesome to brng back to Singapore so I left without buying any.

Anyway, we finally found Yoyoland and I had lots of fun palying at the Yoyogym (40 Baht for 20mins), riding the sea dragon (25 Baht) and driving the Mini Boat (15 baht). I had 3 times in a row for the Mini-boat.

Around 2pm, took another Taxi back to On Nut Station (90 Baht) and headed back to the Hotel to drop our shopping bags before heading to Platinum Fashion Mall, a wholesales fashion market near our hotel.

Platinum Fashion Mall

We walked from our hotel to the wholesales market, it took us about 15mins walk. In Bangkok, the street are not "stroller friendly" so it is a real task for Mom to push the stroller.

As Mommy was tired so Aunt & Jiejie went ahead with their shopping and she brought me to the food court for a drink and rest. Mommy bought me an ice-cream while she took her rest. It is a rainbow colour ice-cream and very cheap too, only 10 Baht. I don't think we can find a 40 cents ice-cream in Singapore. Can we? I'm not sure...

FYI, this wholesales market is really huge and we had only less than 2 hours to shop so we can't check out every single shop in the complex. In the end, we left without buying any thing.

Back to hotel
In the evening, Mommy & I chose to rest in the hotel, whereelse Aunt & Jiejie went shopping in MBK

We bought dinner at a resturant called NEW SPICES RESTAURANT near our hotel and we ordered Thai fish cake and fried pineapple rice. It cost us 140 Baht and the portion is the same like Singapore only cheaper.

After dinner, I had a nice soak in the tub again. Ahhh...so relax...

Around 9pm, Aunt & Jiejie are back to the hotel and they bought lots of medicine cream for our Uncle, neighbor and her collegue. Jiejie didn't managed to get any stuffs for herself for 2 days in a row!
