Email confirmation from Tiger Airways

hey! waited for couples of hours now...still didn't received my email confirmation as mentioned. Tried calling them but the line is always so difficult to go thru or the system will put you on hold for at least half an hour...I hate calling such organisation. But this is not the worst, the most terribles one are the IRAS, CPF or HDB some of them don't even answer your call instead they want you to send them your inquiry thru email...OMG! what happened when people like my family whom has never use computer before? Too much these people!

The smart-aleck who has invented this so called automated answering phone system is my greatest enemy on earth!! Wasting people time ONLY!!

The Customer officer whom attented to my booking didn't tell me that I could print my email confirmation thru their website. So called good customer services, basic information also didn't informed the customer, sleeping or what!
