Tiger Airways (Part 2)
Haiz...got to call Tiger Airways to provide to them with the necessary particulars of my travelling companions for this Bangkok Trip.
Know what, as I noticed that it took so long to receive my email confirmation so I looked carefully under my particulars details for "email address" and found that my email address are all in "upper case" so I took this opporunity to inform TA about my finding and guess what, the customer officer whom answered my call replied impatiently that this is a norm as their system captured all input in upper case and it is understood that all email will be in "lower case"...I thought to myself, it never paid to be good!
In fact, this is the only airline company that I came arcoss giving me such an explanation. I have not problem with NWA. My email address shown in their system are in lower case and there are no delay in receiving email confirmation.
I guessed Tiger Airways is using a better and more advance Technology than the rest of the airlines, right?
